A most beautiful creature captured in a most professional way. And yes, it would be awesome to get to know your techniques! :)
What amazing colors! This couldn't be any more perfect! Wow.
Wow, beautiful photo. Color combination is very good.
Way to go danob!! My family and I went to Calloway Gardens in Georgia a few months ago. They have a butterfly pavillion. When you go inside you are surrounded by thousands of butterflies. There are so many that there are not enough flowers for them to share. They don't stay put for more than a few seconds. Not even long enough to bring the camera up to your eye and attempt to focus. I was somewhat dissapointed. This image makes up for it! I saw this type flying around. Go to calloway gardens.com
Fabulous colors and details, the quality of your shots is absolutely wonderful ! Excellent work. Bravo !!!

Dreamy shot! Awesome shot...one of the most beautifully coloured butterfly I ahve ever seen
Probably my favorite of the serie: the colours are stunning! I got some experience with little creatures: the shots on my gallery tells that...since I'm not a pro like you I stared hours near the flowers in hope to shoot something, hehe! :-)
wow, excellentes colors and contrast, delicious compocisi, excellent job
Yep, I like this =)
That is impeccable! I used to think that kind of compositions are very easily done, but when tried I understood the smaller the objects/composition dimensions the higher professionalism and technique is needed to capture the beauty. Perfect series!
Original, subtle, and conceptually intriguing compositionwith the glossy green-leaved and budded form implied "under" the left (viewer's) black-lined antenna echoing the flattish red, black, and gray wingedness theoretically closer to the "viewer", giving thus the whole works a clear sequence, as well as a concealed but definitely leftish turn, say, roughly down and NW.
Beautiful shot - great color harmony.
Danob, I love your work very much. The butterflies are beautifull Greating from Holland, Rosie
