The -convert Image- is very useful to create objects very fast. In this picture,your backgroup distracts the viewer from the griffin, IMHO. The wall texture is very contrasted, maybe too dark.

it's the old bobbyproblem...tryin to get too much into one render...the background wall is an actual object...i made one brick with convert object and replicated it in a couple of directions by rotating ths axis after the first replicate,but the griffin worked rather well too....heh heh heh...gonna try it again some day with volumetrics

I just realized how much my "art appreciation" depends on subject matter! The strat left me cold, but the griffin is a real rush! I love the back wall object, but agree that it is a bit too contrasty (I think I made up that word.) Overall, an image I'd hang on my wall!
