Description

Oregon coast near Cannon Beach. Digital photo with an interesting boo boo. I forgot to turn off the automatic flash and that caused the highlighting of the branch in the foreground. Had I not screwed up, the branch would probably have been a dark blur. Some mistakes are worth having. Thanks for looking. Tillamook Rock.

You can use that knowledge. Its called a fill flash. It gives you opportunities in irie lighting of foreground lighted objects with a darker background , and in this shot a nice grey world of water and sky above it. Excellent discovery ;)
