Description
This one was done on commission. It is the rpg character of a user of my favorite rpg forum. Her name is EvE and she is an elven streetmage from the world of shadowrun. The original render is in A1 with 250 dpi resolution. The rendering took more than 5 hours and doing postwork on the 350 MB file was a real pain. Anyway, I think it was worth the effort. Hope you like it, Charley! ;P

Love the pink/purple grenades, they add to your character. Lots of other detail there to give her more character. A well set out picture that I think would be worth the effort and time. Excellent work

Only 5 hours?There's a lot of detail there for only five hours so you must be...Smoootthhh!Actually,it's a great image and I bet your client was ecstatic to have her:)
As I was able to achieve some good faked radiosity, rendering was rather fast. There are few things I hate more, then waiting more then 5 hours for a render to get through. If it takes longer than this, it can only mean of three things: 1) I need a faster computer, 2) I have used radiosity, PyroCluster or too much volumetrics, or 3) I should have optimised the scene much more to get rid of unneccessary time consumers. Optimisation takes lots of time and effort, but it is usually worth it. :D
