Nice sky and surface. Specially the foreground material that is very well scaled. Has a suggestion to a great picture, may you can do something to the water.. the transition of the water line is a bit rough. Good Job!
Great mat work...Nice subtle detail.. Excellent clouds..very realistic.. Distorted basis? The only improvement is perhaps make the water a bit less shiny ..The sunlight reflection seems a bit much..but I've it look just like that in the "REAL" world..Ahhh what do I know..
Maybe you could try using smaller waves. I think they would add to the "windy" feel I get from the rest of the image.
