And here is a thought that I have tried to live with for a couple of years... eating or rather enjoying oneself with some snacks have been concidered a crime... so here's a crime scene for you!! Eat whatever you want... but think about it.. and move your self in a fashion that you find intresting and fun... Keep your body movin!!
