noticed a glaring mistake in post from yesterday, fortunately i caught it pretty quick.
textures from mayang.com, and most objects from 3dcafe.com. other freebies scattered in as well.
i may take one more shot at this one, comments and suggestions welcome.

Absolutely georgous scene. The only miniscule comment I have is with the floor, maybe it could use a little more detail? The texture seems a tiny bit blurry here and there. Excellent work, nevertheless!
This is very, very good. Love the use of photo textures, and the setting is quite cool, full of old-looking details. Thumbs waaaaay up.

thanks a bunch for all the comments and suggestions, glad i was able to somewhat achieve the feel i was looking for. i think i will try one more with some foreground stuff, soft shadows, lighting tweaks, and of course some more objects, long as my 1/2 GB ram holds up :)
