Description
Thought I'd try to figure another way to do the matrix, using other progs~ PSP7, Dogwaffle, and s'Tile99.
~Dogwaffle has a very good matrix effect in it, but the ver. I have is sluggish, so I only use it for spare parts.

Awesome work!!! I recently downloaded Dogwaffle but have not had a chance to work with it. Will for sure make the time after seeing this image. Wonderful image!!
