Nice style. The hair looks a little plastic but hey, maybe that's what you were aiming for.
yeh...my intention was to make her almost synthetic in nature, so i made her hair look really slick[almost oily,ah'unno]

haha...i'm just playing around with other colour effects other than just gradient based rendering, i'm quite liking this way better, much easier
