The Universal President, an Organian, uses his powers to set a planet killer from another galaxy to destroy the decomission shipyard. The last known location of the group of people he refers to as "The Burtonites." The massive device is then to move on to the Peter system in the badlands to destroy the planet where the Messianic Vulcans are to go to be protected by Yeshua their deliverer.
