This picture was taken from cell used to isolate inmates who have gotten into some kind of physical confrontation with either the Guards or other Inmates. They remain in their cells for twenty-three hours a day and get one hour to shower and watch tv. This is a temporary situation. The inmates held here are rarely held for more than a week. There are other cells for longer periods of lockdown for disiplinary or administrative reasons.
