Description

Then just hink what it would have been like back in the 1860's. First there was the chemise, next the stockings and pantalettes, the corset to hold the waist in and the crinoline ( I have shown a cage crinoline from the 1850's which would have been replaced by the more usual hooped petticoat in the 60's). Two or 3 petticoats were neccessary to soften the lines and then next came the....no no no you stupid girl I want my camisole next, before I put the dress on! Hair is yet to be done, and the hair covering..no lady went anywhere without her hair covered, a concoction of lace and flowers for evening, a lace cap for day wear or a bonnet to go out. Then there is the gloves and fan to find. No wonder she needs slaves (sorry I mena maids). Room and all fittings and fixtures with the exception of the light fittings all made by me within bryce, and shapemaker for the pots and jars. Clothes mainly from poserworld, crinoline and carried dress Sergemarck. The fron two maids have poses from Moochies forthcoming set for the preteen, tweaked slightly for Vicky, and his hand poseds as well.
