Description
a dreamlike place, where everything is curved and shiny.

Carrara to bend the sheets, then assembled and finished in Bryce. First render failed, but the second one succeeded, requiring about 8 days to render! must have been all the curved and shiny surfaces... the model is not very large (6.7MB).

i'm so happy it's finished! thanks for viewing!

wow, i have no idea how you did this but its a trip. i once waited 8 days for a rendering on my old amiga 4000 and low and behold a tiny white dot in the middle of a black screen was waitng for me when it finally finished. great job.
I praise you for your patience. I've never waited longer than 12 hours for a render... If it displays more than A day I dump it... Nice render though, love the colors.
Thank you for your patience on this one. The composition is marvellous and very inspiring. I feel a push to experiement now in those avenues you have opened.
Wow a very original abstract. Those long days of rendering really paid off. This is definitely a keeper. Hats off again.
Beautifully done!!!
Another wonderful concept. Eight days're a lot, but I'm used to such rendertimes... you must be proud of what you come out with after all these hours. This is even better than the previous: if possible, yet more original. Both my thumbs way up to the sky.
Aahh, more of that curved stuff! :) Highly original and abstract, and i love it! 8 days??? You have patience Jim! :)
