Description
Rotring Rapidograph on 3-mil matte mylar. Back in 1989 when the project began to underground all the overhead utilities in downtown Annapolis, MD, there was a little photography contest here at work wherein a couple people went around looking for the most tragic evidence that the powerlines, etc. were ruining the visage of the city. Imagine this picture with a huge, ugly utility pole right in the middle, with wires extending in all directions.. That was my model.

you know.. you should do more of this kind too... you are very talented... i really like the way you choose which details to focus on (like in your pencil sketch)... this gets an A+ from me.
