Yes this one looks finished, I heard a lot about that light-plugin, might give it a try. Rendering with normal lights still goes a lot faster than with radiosity. Excellent image though!

nice but: 1) is it a poser model or did you model it? 2) lips bump map is wrong 3) the specular color screams for blueish tone 4) eyebrows scream for bump 5) skin is too plastic, you need to soften it a bit, try chanlum or translucence plugin 6) the eyeballs definitely need some work, are they completely modeled (lens and so on...) or are they simple spheres? really nice expression tho
