Description
The Aztec Rail is also known as the Mexican Rail. It can be found in highland freshwater marshes in central Mexico.
It's diet consists of Crustaceans, especially crayfish, as well as mollusks, aquatic and terrestrial insects (mostly in the rainy season), and likely some spiders, fish, and amphibians.
The Dwarf Orange Crayfish is endemic to Michoacán in Mexico. It is a small, threatened species that is often kept in aquariums.
