Ok, I'll explain these as well as I can: 1) An old pencil drawing I called, "A Child of the Cosmos Contemplates a Celestial Mystery" (Silly title, but I thought of it as a child's concept of mysticism.) 2) Another bamboo painting. (Ink.) To the ancients, bamboos were symbols of endurance...they always seemed mysitcal to me. 3) 3 Paint Brushes. (Colored pencils.) I've posted these before, but I include them because the brush was, for me, a mystical thing. They "open up the emptiness," kind of creation-things. I always found brushes to be simple, but special...for me, they felt mystical. (Well at least there's one ink painting in the bunch...) Thanks for viewing: I'm very grateful. Have a fine weekend, mark (i posted a halloween tale, but messed up the formatting so bad, I took it down...another day soon) ------------------
