Description
a couple of young kids started this fire on a bush by the garages close to my apartment . totally melted the cheap plastic siding. the fire was mostly out before fire dep showed up, a bunch of residents used the fire extinguishers we have in our apartments.
thing is i found out where they live cause of the bicycles they ride, did some detective work and saw the bikes on a balcony over in another section at our complex. thing is the police might not be able to arrest them if they are the under the age of 10?
