I rarely do portraits. Or rather, I never display then. Scenes are more my style. I think a lot of that has to do with environments make it easier to hide my lack of talent. Portraits require a level of realism that I couldn't create. Doesn't mean I don't play with the format. I've just tuck them in the back of my drives and forcefully forget about them. But I recently started looking at them again and didn't find them as horrid as I remember. I decided to throw some of the more recent ones out there. Not all at once now. Maybe one or two at a time. I want to minimize the gagging. (And there's no post on any of them. I no longer have access to Photoshop and though I'm using PhotoPad these days, I don't have a firm grasp of it for enhancing portraits. Maybe one day.) Of course, the images vary in quality as my thoughts on composition evolved.
