thanks for your visit today my dear rendo family. my last post of this years balloon fest. sorry if i bored you with this series. at my age grabbing a view like this is difficult bending my head back to shoot it.

well it finally happened: You brought this wonderful series to a close! (I'll be in mourning for a few weeks...) But it was terrific, steve. And I didn't think about the strain on your back, neck, etc.
I love nena's suggestion---lying down. The only problem with that is, you could be trampled!
Well I take my hat off to you for twisting yourself into knots for these shots. This one is a beauty for the bright yellows, and the flat bottom angle. And that sky: The skies in this series have been spectacular...5 stars, Steve. It's been a terrific series. Now take a long hot shower and heal those muscles!

I took a few balloon photos many years back, but I never got a chance to get as close as you have. I might post 1 or 2 once I dig them out.
