Description
It is a sad occasion this time. My mother-in-law passed away yesterday at the age of 89.
Since I unfortunately cannot be in Thailand to say goodbye in person...

Thank you, John. My wife is currently in Thailand and was at the hospital with her when she peacefully passed away. Fortunately, she did not have to suffer any pain. The cremation is taking place next Sunday, and I am in daily contact with my wife via LINE. It is a shame that I cannot be there to support her in person, but fortunately, she has her family around her.
I'm very sorry for your loss, and for your wife's loss. I'm glad her mother passed without suffering. Your three memorial images are beautiful, with an intimate feeling. I don't read Thai (phasa thai), but I did study its alphabet years ago (as it's based on a writing system that's based in sanskrit, and I tried to learn sanskrit) (I tried)...but it looks like the inscription is the same in all 3 images. It's just so nice that you included it, it makes the images so personal. You've varied the three images slightly, but they all have the feeling of a loving shrine, and your feeling for your mother-in-law shines through. Much sympathy and condolence. May your wife find acceptance and peace...
