Description
The pup moved silently through the air duct. Leaping up through overhead junctions.
Finally it sat down at another vent. It stared down into the corridor now. It tilted its head slightly, watching at two crewmen walk, talking easily together.
To the pup, the small one was instantly recognized as mama. Its eyes shifted to the taller one. She was the giver of food.
It watched them pass by in silence. She would go to their home spot. Dance in falling water, and then they would play on the floor.
It rose and turned. The pup knew the smaller tunnels. It could be in their home spot before she got there. It turned and headed back through the air ducts.
