A fantastic capture!
I'm amazed at the range of balloons they have in these festivals. I had no idea they were this creative.
Again, the people are on the bottom so the balloon looks gigantic! (which it is). I guess you have to run around to get the 'front' of these balloons---before they twist in another direction.
So I take it that vendors use these fests to display their products. Good advertising! These festivals look like a mix of vendors and artists. Delightful.
