Description
This was what I had at Scaddabush, Rigatoni Bolognese. It's a pasta dish with Angus beef, sausage, smoked bacon, San Marzano tomatoes, cream, seasoned whipped ricotta, basil oil and fresh basil. It was very delicious. It was also very filling, I had to take some of it home and finish it there.
