Description
I went with a couple of friends to the Mr.Surprise Matsuri Market yesterday. It is running over two days with different artists on each day; it's running again today from 11am - 7pm so if you are in the area, you can still pop by! It's free to attend but if you want anything of course you'll have to buy :D It's a local artist market located at the Lower Ground at The Well 486 Front St W, Toronto.
If you spent over $10 at an artist booth you would get a free decorated cap, designed by the artist. And then you could buy keychain clickers that the caps could go on (fidget item that lights up when you click it) at the information booths.
In this image you can see most of the stuff I got from the market (the jokers other than the blue bird one was separate, I bought a blank sticker card deck from their Mr.Surprise shop that comes with 5 random artist jokers - promo from last year's Mr.Surprise market) including the caps in the middle there. As you can see there is a fun variety of artists and styles and types of things you can get.
It was lots of fun, I highly recommend. Even if you don't buy anything it's great to see all the beautiful kinds of artwork and talent that is out there. There are also festival games too but you have to buy tickets to participate.

That would be nice if you could! They usually have at least one of these markets each year; I think if I remember correctly, the one year they even had two. It's free to go too so even if you don't buy any artist work you can experience it
