What a beautiful photo this is, Steve. It seems like old times are revived, and I wonder if this is a recent photo, or a photo taken at a historical open-air museum.

what a fascinating photo this is. The equipment itself is so fascinating. That high chair over that big jawed reaper or whatever it is.
And that companion on the left---I have no idea what that is, lol, but it's really a great looking side-kick.
And that desolate wire fence. And a lone, lone tree in the background. (Same tree as in your shot, a few uploads ago?)
Where IS this? Is this near CSprings? If so, i's so flat! It's like the Midwest, but with no trees or bushes or whatever. Your colors are perfect---bland, sepia-ish, melancholy and lonely. I didn't know you had such vast open landscape near you. It's quite beautiful, in a very sparse way.
(You told jacomina that this was fro 2002. Did CSprings grow mountains since then? I just never new the area in your part of the country was so vast and flat!)
