Description
Two taxi dancers have a final dance together after the dance hall closed and the patrons have gone home.
Taxi dancers were women and sometimes men who were employed by dance halls to dance with their customers. In the US, they were common in the 20s-40s. There are a few dance halls across the world that still employ dancers in this fashion.
