Hello Rendosians !
Today, I share with you a view of the famous salt marshes of Guérande. Guérande is a french town, located on the Atlantic coast and is famous for producing a high quality salt.
I've never seen a salt marsh until this summer and I'm really impressed because the production of this fine product is really hard and needs great skills.
The finest and most delicate salt, used by gourmets and Michelin-starred chefs in restaurants, is named "fleur the sel"

Non seulement la photo est belle mais, cerise sur le gâteau, elle est parfaite quant à la composition. Je ne sais pas si tu es la meilleure photographe du site (compte tenu de ce que l'on voit, je dirais oui) mais tu es parmi les meilleurs. J'ai un souvenir un peu lointain de cet endroit mais je sais que j'avais trouvé ça très chouette.

Une très belle photo pour rendre compte de tes vacances bretonnes, avec ce site à la fois intriguant et fabuleux des marais salants de Guérande qui ne laisse personne indifférent. La perspective et le cadrage choisis sur ce quadrillage aménagé et régulièrement entretenu depuis des siècles sont superbement mis en valeur ici, bravo ! Le bourg de Guérande est également intéressant à visiter, en tant que bastion de défense frontalier des Marches de Bretagne, quand celle-ci était indépendante. Désormais, je t'imagine utiliser maintenant la fleur de sel de Guérande, un ingrédient familier de mon buffet local ! Bravo, en attendant la prochaine photo de ta série estivale!
