We had such bad smoke from the Canadian wildfires, can just imagine how bad it was over there.

A couple of weeks ago, it smelled smoky outside and it looks hazy. I thought there was a fire somewhere. Turns out it was in Canada!

Yup, we got the smoke for there really bad in Detroit. relatives in the UP had ash falling it looked like a volcano had erupted.

Sorry about the air quality. Getting bad air over here from the fires as well, but as you say, where the fires are itself are of course the worst. From what I've seen on the news, it has been pretty bad. I'm hoping they'll find a way of curbing the issue in future years, it seems like every year there is a fire happening somewhere.

@uncollared I'm lucky to be in an area unaffected by the fire but it's rough for those are in the midst of the fire right now. I do appreciate your empathy and you're right it would be nice to be offered assistance instead of rather insulting threats.
