Description
I am still learning how to play with Poser 14, and I decided to experiment with one of the included products, which is this *awesome* scene that I didn't even realize I had because I haven't looked at everything yet. So much stuff comes with this! I tweaked the lighting so it's entirely lit by Bagginsbill's environment dome with a HDRI and the light emitting props in the scene, and threw in some noise nodes for the colors.
Things I learned: 1. In P14, I don't see the colors in the noise node in the material room, they don't show up in the thumbnail. I just have to trust that they're there and use the Color outlet on the node. 2. At smaller lens sizes (for wider interior shots) DoF is harder to tweak, just more fiddly in general. 3. P14's native environment dome lighting is cool and all but I still have to use an actual sphere prop if I want my HDRI lighting to double as a background image so I can control the scale intuitively without a billion test renders. I think I'm missing a preview setting somewhere.
