Description
So ... this one's a flub. A wrap. A glitch.
Started it for the current contest. Worked on it over the last few days. Finally got around to rendering and realized, "Holy crap! I completely missed the point."
There may be a neon element, but it completely misses the theme.
Me knucklehead.
