Izmerira descended down the ancient stairway first one set then another than finally a third. She was not winded by the many stairs but still wanted to be finished with going down them. To her it seem as if the stairways had some type of enchantment to make one sick and lose one equilibrium but she had her cloak of enchantments which nullified the effects. Finally at the end of the stairway she spied a passage leading south she determine from her quick counting of stairs and of her mental mapping, but truly if enchantments were present she might be wrong. Izmerira entered the room which seem to be a kind of antechamber. On the stairs down she noticed the skulls placed deliberately on some of the stairways but more so she noticed as she took each step that something crunch under her boots. Casting a word of enchantment the room was bathed in a magical torch light and then she spotted the skeletons of about four people on the floor as well as skulls lining the walls in an alcove of sort. "Interesting decor "she thought. But she was there to find the lair of the Enchanter Zuxia to the tomes of knowledge that lay within his old library and workshop and with a simple sigh she proceeded towards her destiny......
