On a Christmas vacation, many many decades ago, the road I was on bordered the North Platte River in Nebraska. In the distance the fog cleared enough for the trees on the far bank of the river to become visible and they all appeared to be loaded with large, dark ornaments. What could they be? Then the fog finished lifting and my second render shows the amazing sight that became clear. There were hundreds or maybe even thousands of bald eagles perched in the trees!
