They walked along toe corridor in near silence. The very air around them seemed to hang heavy since her arrival.
They were very aware of the significance of her being recalled.
"How is he?" She finally asked curiously, A faint smile touching the corners of her mouth.
"You know him." One drew a soft breath. "Patient. He has been looking forward to your arrival, but regretting the reason at the same time."
"And the reason?"
"Not our place to say." The gruff voice of the other officer responded. "I think that is best left to him to explain."
"Wise, I would imagine." She nodded curtly. "Then we shall see what awaits."
