thanks for stopping by my dear rendo family. been a tough last few weeks with my moms health from her AFib. but she is doing much better. my other issues is future homelessness , geez! every year when my new lease is due my rent last two years went up 28.00 per month which is acceptable. but filled out paperwork for my new lease for the 17th of June. these A holes are now increasing my rent 175.00 per month. that nearly absorbs every dollar i get off ss benefits looks like i will need to un retire an get a part time job my COPD and bad back can handle, where? i do not know. very, very depressed and i don't know what the frak to do.. this place is for low income people but they don't care. my next door neighbor who's mom passed away a few weeks ago has a leaking pipe under the floor and comes up soaking the carpet, but the complex is not doing anything about it, so i'm concerned that it might burst badly and flood my place. he was told he need to call a plumber to have it fixed. that's BS! a tenant is not responsible for that. not sure they will pick up the bill if he calls one. but he is getting ready to move in next 60 days, cause he can't afford paying rent on a three bedroom. my upstairs neighbor's fridge went out for a third time, they keep giving her old used ones from other units, but she wants a new one, and atp, has not gotten one, so she has been without a fridges for more than a week.. this apartment complex has gone really bad since they fired my original manager when i first moved in, who can afford a 175.00 + rent increase ? the plus means my garage rent which was 50.00 per month but heard it is now 100.00 per month. unsure if my new rent includes that price yet. so i'm so farking screwed. my bank account will soon be swiftly depleted . dang i'm scared and confused badly. sorry to share my hardships with you. so need much prayers please..
