I didn't know for a while either until I caught a few photos like this and then I was like whoa, what? :D
According to doing research via google.. geese have these teeth like objects apparently for Two 2 reasons : 1 : Geese sometimes eat freshwater snails and other small creatures who may have slippery coating, the teeth help grip these and so they not loose them.. 2 : Geese swallow food whole and do not chew, these " teeth" can help break up the food like tought plants and seeds etc into small but more digestible pieces..
