Description
This was the third piece I worked on for the Shadow and Light contest, I just ran out of time--it was still rendering at the deadline. The sun didn't light up the wing membranes the way I wanted anyway, and I think maybe SSS would've been the way to go with this instead of translucence. Or maybe the light just needed to be brighter. I'm still working on turning things up boldly instead of going with conservative values and a jillion test renders.
