Description
The people around my neighbourhood love setting off fireworks at the slightest excuse - which I wouldn't mind so much if they cleaned up after themselves. This is actually better than most, at least they left it near the bins (though why they didn't put them in the bins do not ask me). Often you find them all over the place on the ground.

I always try to think of the least bad outcome: that perhaps they didn't know how to separate this waste. But I fear it's actually the laziness of not wanting to make that last effort.
Yeah I'd like to think positive too but unfortunately I do think it is more laziness than anything else...
