A corporate owner has been here for about a month to train a new management staff, they keep quiting.
Well he throws around his superiority by telling us we can't have nothing on our front doors like that 4x5 inches tin American flag. Calls it graffiti. I could not keep my cameras in had mounted on the door frame. He considers it part of the building. But I guess so far will allow them on the door itself. i had security decals on my front window along with a few things hanging on it like a yin and yang dragon round made of aluminum and a few dream catchers om it. i had to remove them. my next door neighbor had a large black carpet on the entrance to their door, was told to remove it, i had to remove a patio chair i sat on at times, says it is a hazard. really?
But this lame brain pays a crew to dump all the refrigerators that random people dump off here cause his maintenance would not put them in the dumpsters cause it is illegal . he might have fired them, have not seen them in 3 days now.
i also had to take away the coffee can cigarette butt can also. my irresponsible next door neighbors who are very trashy and put their cigarettes out on the plastic siding by our doors . so they will end up on the ground now. it took them almost a year to get the hang of littering them.
but recently Trey who is one also telling me he might have a broken water pipe in his living room cause his carpet is getting soaked , and fails to address it to the maintenance staff about it, he has had a cockroach infestation before, not sure if he still does? but that moisture will increase them, and if that pipe bursts and floods his place it will flood mine and will need to evacuate if it happens. don't know why he fails to report it, he and his Bitch girlfriend sleep for a few days in a row due to there smoking crystal meth and lack reporting it. so unsure what will happen with my place. YOU WOULD NOT WANT THESE SCUM BAGS NEXT TO YOU. when they are up, normally after 9 pm like to sit on the stairwell 2 feet from my bedroom window and talk as loud as they want while i'm trying to sleep. 11pm they wake me up, 12:30, 2 am. 3 am or 4 am they yak and yak thinking no one will mind and they are the only ones who live here. they think they own the place. it took me two years to get them to stop using my front porch to sit in as theirs when they have their own front porch and a back porch, my one bedroom pad don't have one..
forgive my rant, just sick of my next door Neighbors and the crap hole BS rules from corporate jerks.

There are good and bad neighbours everywhere but here, I really sympathize.
That looks like a Tampa situation. Been there, done that, all landlords care about is that rent money but if something like a water pipe breaks or neighbours tapping into your phone line system to steal service from you they don't give a damn and if tennant offers to fix anything then landlord says go ahead but if you do the landlord will raise the rent. At a time when tenant cannot afford any rent increases. What worked for me was I cotacted the actual property owner and showed them around pointing out what needed fixing and even offering whatever expertise I had for helping fixing what I could and property owner actually appreciated that, unlike the property management company and its agents. Anyways when I saw that mess by the dumpster in your photo it reminded me of Tampa and the reasons why I got the heck outta there when I could!
I'm speechless here. An outright disgrace. Reminds me of what one of my uncles had to go through in The Bronx before he found a better place. I hope you and yours pull through.
i feel you. i remember after finally managing to scrape together the wherewithal to get my own apartment (a derelict basement with a little courtyard in a pretty seedy neighbourhood) when i was younger, and spending all my time and savings doing it up, i was forced to move within a year due to intolerable neighbours... repeatedly leaving taps running upstairs so water overflowed into my kitchen and living room; constant noise stomping around and playing video games full volume at 4am; throwing KFC wrappers and chicken bones out of their windows into my courtyard ... owner of the apartment upstairs refused to do anyuthing about it, said it wasnt their problem and toake it up with the tenants. Took me three house moves to finally find somewhere where the neighbours actually behaved in a (mostly) neighbourly fashion.
...ironically, 35 years later that neighbourhood is now considered desirable and the average price of an aprtmnent there is pushing £1million!

Do you have any kind of City Council there? I'd go to the city and pitch a gold-plated bitch session. I would think any city / town of reasonable size would have a Charter of City Ordinances, and there would be ordinances concerning this kind of nonsense.
Sounds like that manager needs to find another line of work. Perhaps riding the back of a garbage truck. I hope things settle for you soon, or you are able to find another place to live that would be more pleasant.
Wow Steve...so sorry to hear what you are going through as the existing property management is not fit to do its job. Just the image of the trash itself is enough to call attention to the fact that the place is not being run properly, but it also reveals how humanity has somehow lost its way when it comes down to doing the right thing.
Once upon a time in this country, people used to take pride in how they went about things and were considerate of their neighbors and acted in a decent and cordial manner towards them, but now days it seems that things are rapidly changing and not for the better. I hope that things will somehow soon improve in your life my friend. :-)

This is beyond what I experienced with neighbors. Years ago, I had a noisy one, but he moved away a year after. This is nothing compared with what you have to endure now. I am sorry that you have this horrible problem.
