Description
Jogging alone can be dangerous—depending on where you live, where you run, and what time of day it is.
Women are particularly vulnerable in this regard, which is why many take precautions; batons and pepper spray are common tools for self-defense.
There is also the option of bringing along a large dog to act as a deterrent.
Speaking of companions: I actually came up with a rather unique variation—one you don't see every day... 😁😃
