Well, so far I have issues with all videos above 20 seconds. If you remember the rat with his cheese, it's pretty the same way and I don't have many time right now to refine the thing. But 10 seconds seem to work better.

There is limits to length in all AI programs you just have to learn the work around

Most animation models online have a limit that is between 5 seconds to 15 seconds and at times up to 20 seconds. If you go to most free sites most will limit you between 5 and 10 seconds. You may want to try to do a few animations that are 5 to 10 seconds long and then put them together in an editing program to create what ever lenght of video you may want.
I do all my animation work with 4 to 12 seconds of video and then I just splice it together in my editing program, as this is where I add sound to it and any other needed changes to the look of the video.
