Amazing scene

This is an extraordinary image. The atmosphere and lighting are perfect and work very well together. I would suggest bringing the steampunk train more to the right, aligning it to the rule of thirds. It would draw the observers' eyes towards the center of the image rather than off to the left. Otherwise, this is a beautiful scene.
That's an interesting approach. I had considered that as well, but I wanted a lower view across the street to show more of the snow-covered buildings. Still, I might change it again. Thank you, hborre
