It's an image I made today, after trees in perfect health were killed in my town. "only the ill ones will be cut" was the official word. Well, the trees were annoying for a certain project. We'll see how many time the side of the river will stay under the future weight of the thing, knowing in addition it's a flooding area.
The cutted trees on the image are very far away of the amplitude from the disaster...

Cool image - hope that more trees are not falsely cut- damaged trees shelter many small animals .

It's sad when a tree is cut prematurely for no purpose other than the one having cut no longer wants it there. Aside from the trees being cut, this photograph with the pine trees is beautiful. :-)
