Disconnecting from everyday life is a good remedy for healing the ailments of the soul. But spending time alone and meditating too much could bring everything back to the surface. I think it's important to live a new life filled with experiences born from contact with other people (possibly simple and genuine). However, each of us is different, so try to do what makes You feel better and adjust Your method as Your adventure continues. Try to stay well, take care of Yourself, rest, but also live a full life. Wrap up warm and try not to venture too far North because these days might be 'warmer' than you might think. I will miss You greatly
