Lol Rod. Without the red light, no one would have a second thought. BUt with the red light---well I'd personally tell the Madame "you might wanna work on the facade..." I mean it's discrete, yeah...but a weeeee bit foreboding...

I love this. Great old broken down wall, w/ all that age seeped into the stone. And w/ stray cats (one behind bars), a great bare tree casting a great horror-story reflection. And an doorway which is so dark, I wouldn't go in there without a written contract filled with guarantees (ie, that I'd come out alive). And of course the forward-most cat is black: This is not a warm, cuddly place! I expect the Bride of Frankenstein (who you gotta admit had a great hairdo) to pop out and cackle at us, while Frankenstein is inside watching the Patriots. Terrific moody run down image. Love that you made it a redlight district...(What would be really cool is if it were really for cats: Ie, a cat walks out, turns to the cat in the doorway, and says: "Psst: Don't tell my wife..." Wonderful work as always, Lyla...always a pleasure to come back here...
