Description
IT HAS BEEN SUCH AN UPHEAVAL, WHAT WITH THE HOUSE SALE FALLING THROUGH EARLIER THIS YEAR AND WE'VE SPENT MANY HOURS PREPARING FOR VIEWINGS, SECOND TIME AROUND!
HAVEN'T HAD A MINUTE AND WE HAVE BOTH SURPASSED OURSELVES WITH THE IDEAS WE ACHIEVED PURELY BY ACCIDENT ON OCCASIONS.
ALL THAT IS LEFT IS A BELATED WISH THAT WE ALL HAVE A BETTER YEAR THAN LAST YEAR.
HAPPY, HEALTHY NEW YEAR TO EVERYONE!

Hey, Steve! Sounds like a chaotic situation, and I can certainly relate. Hopefully the sale will be smoother the second time around.
You've created a lovely Holiday card here, my friend! And I do hope 2026 is a much better year for you! And all of us. Happy New Year!
