I'm glad that I finally got around to making the bio page here for her, because I had a lot of fun coming up with her history and I also just couldn't wait to use that font for her logo since she is Hawaiian and it is just perfect for her! I had actually originally planned on having her be a more villainous character where she would still be a rival to Africa Blaze, but it would be that Blaze would work for L.E.N.S. and do reports with the heroes, and Harper here would work for a rival company and just do reports with the villains! Yet, I thought that was kind of dumb, so I've modified it to what you see in the bio above, and it works so much better to make both women much richer characters. As noted in her bio, she is a Hawaiian native, but I didn't reveal her actual place of origin. Her hometown is actually the city of Wailea on the island of Maui, and as her bio above describes, from her beginnings in a career in modeling and being in the fashion industry and traveling around the world, she moved up to reporting and ended up with L.E.N.S. Then at some point she came to be partnered with GIF, a male Zorg from the planet Zorgan, who is a refugee from the evil that has overcome his world due to the machinations of the wicked Zorg known as Microchip. GIF escaped his home world with his sister, JPEG, but it is unknown and unrevealed where it is that they fled from on the planet Zorgan. It is possible that they once lived in one of the many "Mecha-Hives" controlled by Microchip's evil Network, or they lived in the hidden refugee city of "Zorg Town," But, it was too dangerous for them either way, and thus they fled to Earth and happily serve the lovely ladies of L.E.N.S. Leilani herself is a very extroverted young woman, which is a stark contrast to her partner, GIF, who is a very polite and reserved bot, but will do anything to protect her at all costs to the best of his abilities, and who will do his job without complaint. So, unlike, Africa and JPEG, who are more perfectly matched, Leilani and GIF are a bit of an odd couple that still work very well together in spite of their different personalities.
