Saint Andrew's Cathedral with the glass Christmas tree.
The mayor of Bordeaux, a member of the Ecologist Party, decided to put up a glass tree, abandoning the historical tradition of a real tree. I am disappointed by this mayor's policy and I hope he will be defeated in the next municipal elections in 2026.

Do you remember Leije and Jean Claude? Jean Claude often shared pictures from France. Always so beautiful. And the stone work always astounded me.
About the glass tree? Yeah. I'm not big on it either. It's cool and very unique and creative and beautiful in its own way and I get the point, but maybe somewhere else would be better for it. Kind of looks more like a cake than a tree.
