Banbridge Town I used to live quite close to it, Co Down Nr Ireland. it's is sometimes call "The town with a hole in it" go on ask me why! you know you want to know

Let me guess. The town is famous for making donuts? Oh wait, it's Ireland, not America.

It's name is known for the Town with a hole in the middle Back in what was called the good old days horse pulled carts could not make it over the hill that was Banbridge so they cut a hole thru the hill, they also build a bridge over the river Bann and then there was the Yellow hill I have not found out why it is called Yellow there is nothing Yellow about it and then there is Smith's Hill on the map it is called by another name
