Description
The snake is only for the show. There isn't any "snake oil" in the product. Only mineral oil, beef fat, red pepper and turpentine.
Snake oil salesman is a common label used to describe someone who sells, promotes, or is a general proponent of some valueless or fraudulent cure, remedy, or solution.

Et bien j'ai appris quelque chose. Qui a vu un serpent baignant dans de la gnôle autrefois à la campagne? Ai-je rêvé quand j'étais gosse? Est-ce une légende?
Merci pour le commentaire. J'ai goûté une gnôle sortant d'une bouteille contenant une vipère. C'était il y a longtemps, dans les Alpes, pendant un séjour de ski. Ça n'était pas terrible. Le génépi est bien meilleur.
